드디어 방콕 여행의 끝이 보이네요. 5일 차입니다. 한국으로 다시 떠나는 날이기도 하고요. 이번 여행은 인기 관광지도 돌아봤고, 디너 크루즈도 탔었고, 주말 짜뚜짝 시장도 가 봤고. 나름 알차게 보냈던 여행이었던 것 같습니다. 5일이라는 시간이 정말 순식간에 지나간 느낌입니다.
태국을 떠날 시간..
카오산 로드에서 구매한 샘소나이트 (아마도 짝퉁) 대형 캐리어와 나머지 짐들까지 잘 챙겼습니다. 떠날 때는 항상 아쉬운 것 같아요. 그런 아쉬움이 있어야 다시 또 올 수 있는 거 아닐까요? 아쉬움을 뒤로 한 채 체크아웃하고 호텔을 나섭니다.
방콕을 떠나기 전에 만난 닭발 튀김
아쉬움을 뒤로하고 람부뜨리 거리를 지나가는데, 평소에 못 보던 뭔가를 판매하는 노점상을 발견합니다. 평소에 못 보던 녀석이긴 한데, 익숙한 비주얼의 뭔가가 보입니다. 사진에서 우측에 보이는 저것! 닭발입니다! 헐? 닭발도 튀겨서 판매하네요!
메뉴판을 보니 닭발은 안 보이는 것 같은데, Mushroom Curry 가 눈에 띕니다. 버섯 카레? 일단 주문합니다.
와이프가 고새 닭발을 뜯고 있습니다. ㅎ 와이프가 닭발을 엄청나게 좋아하거든요. 근데 한국에서 닭발 튀김은 잘 안 팔잖아요? 닭발 튀김 엄청 맛있습니다! 와이프가 맛있다고 신나서 닭발을 뜯고 있네요.
버섯 카레가 나왔습니다. 아.. 커리가 아니라 수프 같은 느낌입니다. 건강해질 것 같네요. 이렇게 우리는 람부뜨리를 떠나기 전에 닭발과 버섯 수프로 배를 채우고 공항으로 떠났습니다. 닭발은 왜 여태 우리가 못 봤냐며, 다음에 닭발 먹으러 다시 방콕 여행을 기약하며 떠납니다.
